Day 1: Welcome to Your Oasis
- Arrival & Unwind: Arrive at DPS, shuttle to the serene Wapa di Ume Ubud. Settle in, enjoy a welcome drink and afternoon tea.
- Evening: Kick off your journey with a delightful Welcome Dinner & Retreat Briefing at the hotel.
Day 2: Master of Color
- Morning: Optional yoga, then breakfast.
- Training: Dive into intensive Color Tattooing with George Daskalopoulos, with breaks for coffee and a delicious hotel lunch.
- Evening: Relax, followed by dinner at the hotel.
Day 3: Balinese Soul Journey
- Morning: Breakfast.
- Excursion: Experience a full-day Cultural Immersion: traditional Water Blessing at Tirta Empul, iconic Tegalalang Rice Terraces, and a unique Luwak Coffee tasting. Includes lunch.
- Evening: Free for personal exploration; dinner in Ubud (self-paid).
Day 4: Black & Grey Perfection
- Morning: Breakfast.
- Training: Dedicated day to Black & Grey Tattooing with George Daskalopoulos, including coffee breaks and hotel lunch.
- Afternoon: Enjoy afternoon tea with optional Balinese craft.
- Evening: Unwind and enjoy dinner at the hotel.
Day 5: Coastal Wonders & Sunset Spectacle
- Morning: Optional yoga, then breakfast.
- Excursion: Explore South Bali beaches, the majestic Uluwatu Temple, and witness the captivating Kecak Fire Dance at sunset.
- Evening: Savor a delightful Seafood Dinner in Jimbaran Bay.
Day 6: Medical Tattooing: Areola Reconstruction
- Morning: Optional rice paddy trek, then breakfast.
- Training: Intensive Areola Reconstruction Tattooing with Rebecca Giannopoulou. Benefit from pre-retreat video training for direct practice, followed by face-to-face case discussions. Includes coffee breaks and hotel lunch.
- Evening: Relax and enjoy dinner at the hotel.
Day 7: Adventure & Serenity
- Morning: Optional yoga, then breakfast.
- Excursion: Thrilling Mount Batur Sunrise Jeep Tour followed by relaxing in natural hot springs.
- Afternoon: Free time to relax; afternoon tea.

Day 8: Medical Tattooing: Scar Camouflage
- Morning: Optional rice paddy trek, then breakfast.

Day 9: Your Bali, Your Way

Your Questions, Answered
What's included in the Immersion price?
The Immersion price includes all training sessions and workshops, led by expert instructors. It also covers premium tattoo supplies and materials used during the hands-on practice. (You just have to bring your machine since we all have a machine we love. If it is not matchable with kwadron cartridges you will have to bring your own needles which will be 3rl, 7rnd, 7mgm, 15 round mgm, 15mgm).
It covers the transfer from the airport to the hotel, the accommodation with breakfast and the excursions. Every day of training lunch and dinner is included. The meals during the excursions are included but sometimes the dinner will be self payed. Specific details on accommodation, meals, and transfers are outlined in the schedule.
What level of experience is required to attend?
This immersion is designed to elevate your existing skills, whether you're relatively new or highly experienced. While we welcome artists with a few years in the industry, a foundational understanding of tattooing is essential. The goal is to take your artistry to the next level, no matter where you currently stand.
For those interested in medical tattooing, beyond technical skill, a deep sense of empathy, meticulous hygiene practices and a genuine care for individuals and their scars are paramount.
What equipment should I bring?
We recommend bringing your preferred tattoo machine(s) and power supply, along with any specific personal tools you are accustomed to working with. A detailed packing list will be provided upon registration to ensure you have everything you need for the training.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
We understand that plans can change and we aim to be as fair as possible while managing the significant upfront commitments required for this exclusive immersion.
- Initial Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required upon registration to secure your spot. This deposit is applied towards your total Immersion fee.
- Cancellation before November 1st, 2025 (More than 99 days prior to Immersion start):
You will receive a full refund of any payments made beyond your initial €500 non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation between November 1st, 2025, and December 1st, 2025(60-99 days prior):
Due to the non-refundable 25% group payment made to our hotel partners in November for your accommodation, any cancellation during this period will result in 25% of your total Immersion fee becoming non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the remaining 75% of payments made.
- Cancellation between December 1st, 2025, and January 1st, 2026 (30-59 days prior): A 50% refund of your total Immersion fee will be issued. The remaining 50% becomes non-refundable to cover escalating costs related to late cancellations.
- Cancellation from January 1st, 2026, onwards (Less than 30 days prior to Immersion start):
Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made at this stage. This is due to the significant non-recoverable costs for venue, instructors, materials, and the limited group size.
Important Note on Travel Insurance :
We strongly encourage all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This can provide crucial protection against unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, medical emergencies, travel delays, and last-minute cancellations, safeguarding your investment in the immersion.
Are Meals and Airport Transfers Included?
To ensure a seamless experience, we've structured our inclusions thoughtfully:
- Meals:
- Training Days: Your Immersion price generally includes all meals on training days. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the learning without the hassle of finding food, keeping the focus squarely on your artistic growth.
- Excursion Days: When we have planned excursions together, lunches are typically included to ensure convenience and group cohesion. Dinners on these days are usually self-paid, giving you the flexibility to relax at the hotel or explore Bali's diverse culinary scene at your leisure after a full day.
- Arrival Day: We kick off the Immersion with a welcome dinner included on your arrival day. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow artists, settle in, and discuss the exciting program ahead, regardless of your individual arrival time.
- Free Day: Your designated free day offers the perfect chance to explore Bali's vibrant food landscape independently. Meals on this day are at your own expense.
- Airport Transfers:
- Yes, airport transfers are included from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) directly to our Immersion venue in Bali. We'll ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival for you.
What is the group size for the training?
To ensure personalized attention and a high-quality learning experience, the group size for this exclusive training is limited to a maximum of 20 participants.
